EMPLOYEE HEALTH COORDINATOR - Full-Time, Days
Associate's Degree
RN Licensed In The State of Montana Required
1-2 year of experience required
Salary range: Exempt Position
$54,080.00 - $61,880.00
To plan, develop, implement and evaluate activities relating to the EHP and Worker's Compensation Program
to provide high quality and cost effective employee health services to volunteers, employees, and physicians.
Responsible for coordinating Employee Health Program (EHP) in accordance with Community Medical Center,
local, state and federal regulations and recommendations.
Minimum Required: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Montana. BLS upon hire; Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire. Demonstrated effectiveness in assessment, planning, and implementation in a variety of settings (for example clinical nursing, education / training). Must have minimum of 3 years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience. Strong knowledge of WORD and EXCEL programs. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must possess strong critical thinking skills.
Preferred/Desired: BSN, Familiarity with regulations/accrediting agencies in the area of Employee Health, Worker's Compensation, and Safety (OSHA, NIOSH, MMWR, Guidelines, MT Safety Culture Act, FMLA/AD reasonable accommodations). 5 years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience.
